EDGARD ESPINOSA , REALTOR in San Diego, CA, Currently at Keller Williams on Friars Road in San Diego, CA, ripped me off and stole from my small business. Don't Trust Him. I got SCAMMED and Ripped Off by EDGARD ESPINOSA , REALTOR, Twice! He asked me twice within a few months to re-key properties in Chula Vista that he was listing and he never paid for either service that I performed, completed, and invoiced. I attempted to collect numerous times, gave him many options to pay, sent him emails, left him phone messages, called and complained to the Real Estate Board and His offices, yet he continued to Stiff me on payment. He made up excuses at least four different times why he had forgotten, got busy, didn't close the property yet, etc. but never paid what was owed. Don't Trust this man!
