Edifi Financial Services Missrepresentation, fraud, deception, flat out lies Albany New York

Edifi reps used fear of the unknown, and deception, into making us believe they were going to help us with finding hard to find scholorships, grants etc, Also to help us with the entire proccess of getting a child settled in and through college.

Edifi charged $1000 to do nothing but fill out a fasfa form, which normally can be done @ finacial aide office.
They did absolutley nothing that ayone who can read can do on there own, they found no grant money, no scholorship money and did nothig to help my daughter get into college other than minor paperwork that a thirteen year old can do.

They also stated that the $1000 was a one time fee, to use thier services(LOL) for her entire four years and the only additional fee would be a sibling fee,
Now they want and are almost demanding a @ $250 renewal fee.

Thier reps are liars and the company is a ripp off, you would be better off spending the money on books, dorm or even giving it to a needy person , they do nothing for thier money!
