I purchaed 9 pieces of software from eDirectSoftware on November 30, 2005. 8 Windows XP Professional, and 1 xp home. It took nearly 1 month for all the software to arrive as they came in 3 different packages at 3 different times. I kept contacting the company who assured me if the software did not arrive by a certain time, they would send new software.
By the time the software finally arrived I tried to install and register then, only to discover that one 1 of the xp professional and the xp home would register. The keys were invalid.

I contacted the company who told me to contact microsoft. Microsoft informed me the key were illegal and I contacted the company with this info. The company claimed the would contact their supplier for new keys. After weeks of waiting and not receiving any keys or info, I contacted edirectsoftware, who began to send me by email, numberous xp professional keys to try, all of which was illegal and would not work.


After months of complaining, the company then informed me to return the software and claimed I would receive a refund in two week.s

The gave me the rma and the software was returned to them via usps with a tracking number on Feb 8th and the received it on feb 13. After not hearing from them for weeks, I then contacted them with the delivery info and requested that they provide legal software or a refujnd. This software had been purchased for a school, and the students were not stuck unable to use the computers because of these crooks.

They informed me refunds had been delayed, but was forthcoming. I waited and waited, and contacted them, but was always told it was coming.

Finally I filed a claim with Paypal because I realized they had no intention of returning the money or providing legal software.

Paypal informed me they could do nothing, as it had been past the 45 days since the initial purchase were made.

eDirectSoftware then informed they could no longer deal with me since I had filed a charge back with paypal agains them.

Since then they have been ignoring my emails and refuse to refund my payment or send me legal software.
