On Nov. 24, 2010, I ordered a T.V. online from EdnashWorld.com, a 46' Samsung 6300.  It was the best price I found anywhere.  2 days later, on black Friday, Sears had the exact same t.V., for the exact same price, and I could have walked out the door with it.  The T.V. arrived on Dec. 20th, and the screen was covered with scratches, one on the left side being about 8" long.  I refused delivery, and had it sent back.  For the next 2 months, I called them once or twice a week, asking when I would get my T.V.  They kept saying "we will get them from the factory on Friday, and ship it to you the fastest way possible".

After 2 months of this, I called them again, I believe on Friday, February 4th.  They said they were expecting them on Monday, February 7th.  I had continued to be incredibly polite and patient with them.  However, when I got home that night, I decided to check their website.  My exact T.V. was listed "on sale", with the caption "IN STOCK NOW!".  I immediately sent them an irate email, and told them I would be calling Monday morning.  When Monday arrived, I call as soon as they opened, and demanded to talk to a supervisor.  I explained the problem to him, and told him that after 2 months, if he could not send me my T.V., I deserve the next step up, a "6400".  He said they were out of those too, even though the website said those were also "IN STOCK NOW!".  I said "I don't care!  Send me a 6500!"  He said "if it doesn't come on the truck tonight, I will send you a 6500".  Guess what?  Just by coincidence, it showed up that night.  I received it about a week later, this time in good shape.

As I said, it took nearly 2 months to get this T.V., when I could have taken it home from Sears for the exact price.  The fact that it "just happened" to show up on the very day this "supervisor" agreed to send me a higher level T.V. is too much for me to believe.  Also, they are advertising on their website that the T.V.s are "IN STOCK NOW!", while telling the customers who have already paid that they cannot get them from the factory.  These guys need to be investigated by the New Jersey Attorney General's Office, for false advertising, lying to customers, sending beat-up merchandise that is supposed to be "new", and any other complaints filed by consumers.  Most importantly, they need to be SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY!
