Edoardo Mark Lippolis and Iztok Plevnik LTN-Deutsche Boerse Escrow Scam Lone Tree Colorado

Iztok Plevnik and Edoardo Mark Lippolis are a team of scam artists and con men

Edoardo “Ed” Mark Lippolis who carries a State of Colorado Drivers license with an expiry date of 09-07-2016 and who is currently residing in Spain and Iztok Plevnik author of the Bodyguard Diet have been caught redhanded in attempting to perpetrate a fraud upon investors seeking to place Brazilian LTN bonds onto the euroclear system.  The Scam works like this Lippolis represents that he has a contact at the Deutsche Boerse Group whom he introduces as Martin Weber. There is no Martin Weber employed with Deutsche Boerse.  In the first of 2 potential bond transactions Lippolis introduced Plevnick as an investor. Lippolis represents that he has opened an escrow account with former minister of Justice of Slovenia, Meta Zupancic, and that Itzok Plevnic was alleged to have deposited 200K with who is now a notary, but an additional 300K was to be provided via a credit line and an additional investor was needed for 402,000 to obtain a listing on the Deutsche Boerse.  In the second bond transaction they requested 800K per bond transaction from a physician to be deposited with Meta Zupancic.  It was further represented by these fraudsters in written contract documents that Meta had relationships with the Deutsche Boerse Group and that she would facilitate the listing on Euroclear.  The fraud unraveled when Ms. Zupancic’s office was contacted and she represented that no funds were ever sent into the account and that it was not an escrow account but an account under the sole control of Iztok Plevnik. 

When the Dr. sent a Cease and Desist (C&D) notice to Iztok, he unraveled threatening the doctor and sending a letter on FBI stationary, signed by a victim specialist of the Las Vegas Office of the FBI.  The letter, however, was a cut and paste job, and the Dr. complained to the FBI office, something Plevnik, the cyber bully, did not count upon.  The letter was confirmed as fraudulent by two field agents of the FBI to the Dr. and the Agent whose signature appeared on the letter.  Plevnik attempted to exort funds from the Dr., after the Dr. learned of Plevnik’s fraudulent escrow.  Apparently Plevnik has taken too many bullets and does not realize that it is impossible to extort someone on the basis of your own fraud.

Lippolis was able to extract approximately 50K in expenses from naïve investor groups who were seeking to sponsor the placement of the bond.

My Advice: STAY AWAY FROM THESE TWO FRAUD ARTISTS.
