EDP Reporting, EDebit Pay, Acclaim Visa, Ronnie Faber STOP THESE THIEVES!!! CON ARTISTS!!! TAKE ACTION!!! Ripoff Valley Village California

EDP Reporting actually took money from my husbands account for a supposed ID Theft account, (isn't that something?) the only way we found out about it was going to the bank to take care of some business.
The bank gave us the phone # for EDP Reporting. When we called Mr. Ronnie Faber told us that the only way we can get our money back was to go to our local police.
After I asked for all of their info I asked Mr. Faber to speak to his supervisor, and the clown told me that I was speaking to someone of authority. WHAT???I hung up and called back to make sure that the information that he gave me was correct. Would you belive that this clown was still trying to get personal banking information from us, WHY??? Then he politely hung up on my husband telling him when we are ready to resolve this situation to call back.
WHAT KIND OF BOGUS B%#$#*> IS THIS?????

Why would I want to buy ID theft when I can get it from my bank for a MUCH MUCH lower cost?

Someone please help to put these THIEVES out of business.
