iedBe aware this scammer. Bad Freight Forwarder Business in New York. They don't pay their vendor!!!!! Accounting dept changed 3 times with different people in 2 years. Not Accounting system at all to chase back their own record. Do business with them in Dec 2015 and request payment since then. Selina Leung is the owner from Hong Kong. All kind of excuse such as Owner is not here, Owner at oversea, Owner is back but busy, next thing you know is owner is out AGAIN!

Chasing over 1 years and suddenly their new accounting L Li claimed that they paid already!? Asked them for check copy and bank proof and they said they don't have it. Called and Emailed them for payment another 2 years. Their manager Joyce Tan asked for discount 50% of payment to settle. They tried to get away of unpaid invoice with huge discount. No credit should give to them at all. Still chasing for the payment and they don't answer the call. Bad Business !!!

The order is created by Joyce Tan ( Manager of EDS) and we have all her email confirmation on file.  All charges is agreed before process.  Order completed without problem.  Inovice sent at Dec 2015.  No payment receive.  On oct 24 2017, she tried to get away with $ 500 which is more then 50% discount on a over $ 1300 invoice. Her reason is she cannot found their own accounting record.    

Asked their Accounting dept, Li Li cannot provide the check number at all.  Either they have a very bad accounting system or they tried to get away with this.  Either way, bad business example.

Their company owner Selina Leung - all she did is travelling and busy and replied "give her time to check" since 2015.  We call this company every months, every year for payment.  They just dont care.  She did response once at Nov 2017 and we find her in Wechat app.  We asked her about the payment.  All she response is complaint us we didnt ask them nicely.....  Kicked the ball back to her employee Joyce Tan and said she is fully in charge this.

This EDS Logistics is an international freight forwarder have office in New York, Hong Kong, and China. Be alert to do business with them.
