While under bankruptcy, ECMC collected fines and an interest rate of 30%. Instead of these monies going towards the principal of the loan. They continue to do so this day. I was discharged in January, 2014. Ongoing payments are still not going towards the principal.

According to the Discharge from Bankruptcy, 0.00 went towards interest. Why are they allowed to continue to do this?
