Educational Credit Management Corporation ,ECMC, ECMC SCAMMERS Tried to garnish my wages for a debt that was already fulfilled and without a court order New York Nationwide

This company tried to have my wages garnished from my employer without a court order.  Once my employer inquired as to why they could do this, they sent a cancelation letter.  This did not stop them from calling and harrassing me. No proof of my loan was ever presented.  They obtained my banking information and began taking funds out of my account without permision.  I had to close my bank account because of this.  This place tries to pretend they are debt collectors, but they are SCAMMERS.  I recently was part of the federal loan consolidation put forth by Obama, so when they told me I had 2 federal loans I was already suspicious; why wouldnt those loans have been lumped together with my federal consolidation.  Be very careful with this company - DO NOT give them any banking related information.
