Eduno Kelvin was having money sent to a Maragret J. Ralston for the purpose of transferring to his account. The purposee of the money was to arrange and assist a lady with returning to the United States where her home is.
Several different amounts were sent to him over the past year and he was to assist in getting her on an airplane, make travel arrangement, airline ticket, boarding and so forth.
His last call for more money was responded to and then he wanted another payment to compensate for the low exchange rate.
Several emails were sent to him wanting an update in his arrangements for travel progress . 5 Emails were forwaded to his address that previous he had responded from but the last 5 were ignored and no response were received. I asked for the money to be returned but NO RESPONSAE was again the situation.
The total paid to Eduno Kelvin was well over $6,000 and not any amount was ever verified as to the use of it.
