I will join any lawsuit against them. Do not hold your breath though. They have been investigated by the Secret Service. All the money is gone. Estrada's has the same scam on fences and shutters. Broward County is covering their asses and has gone after every person these people defrauded, including me. We are the ones bearing all the expense and legal prosecution for this. The county even threatened to take my house. The county gave them licenses and permits without ever once demanding a photo ID and they know they were in the wrong. Every agency in the State of Florida is refusing to do anything about these people. They are still operating.

Fact, Ed Humphreys forged a form to place Jason Westfall as President of fsrg, Lenny Fortnash as VP and myself as OM, and paid for the change with a forged check.

Fact, this is nothing new for Ed since he has been doing this since 1993 in Omaha Neb.

Fact, Ed also forged a rental agreement for a pickup truck under poor Lenny's name and was half on hour away from being reported as stolen before it was returned 3 weeks late. What did Lenny do to you Ed that you did that to him?

Fact, Ed and Jason Westfall who also does roofing in NY under the name Abraham Lincoln Roofing stole all the office equiptment, contracts, files, and check book and opened a new office with the name Florida State Roofing Service. Sent letters to the my customers about the new locations and got at least 1 new contract to do roofs under that name. as stated in the Davie police report.

I did tell the detective about your active bench warrant in New Jersey for making terrorist threats. Florida did not do a national search that day you were arrested for driving my truck in a drug neighborhood at 3 am

Fact, when the desktop computers that Ed and Jason were returned to me I was able to recover the deleted data. Some of it was easy to recover you guys forgot to empty the recycle bin. The rest was done by my lawyer's guy, all nice and legal for use in a court of law.

Jason steal Estrada company. Estrada steals Jason's indentity. Edward is just a salesman for the worse group of roofing companies ever to hit three states. Coincidence? You guys are really funny. But guess what, compared to who you've ticked off and is looking for you, I am a gnat.

I am the attorney for Jackson & Whitney and Jason Whitehall. Jackson & Whitney and Jason Whitehall are the victims of identity theft. Jackson & Whitney is a construction company based in New York. Mr. Whitehall is a principal in that company. Mr. Whitehall is looking to relocate to Florida. As part of this process he took the Florida licensing exams and passed them.

After passing the exams and receiving a license from the State of Florida, he was contacted by a Ralph Estrada about forming a business partnership to do roofing work in South Florida. Mr. Whitehall had no prior connection to or knowledge of Mr. Estrada.

Mr. Whitehall met with Mr. Estrada and discussed a business relationship. No final agreement to form a relationship was reached. However, Florida State Roofing Group, without his consent or knowledge, began pulling permits using Mr. Whitehall's name and license number. I have copies of 9 permits on which Mr. Whitehall's signature has been forged.

As to the money taken from customers, we know that virtually all of it went to Mr. Estrada. He took checks payable to Florida State Roofing Group, endorsed them and cashed them at a local check cashing service. I have copies of numerous checks showing his endorsement and a picture of Mr. Estrada taken at the time the checks were cashed. The only money Mr. Whitehall ever received was $1,000 paid to him for expenses in going to South Florida to meet with Mr. Estrada.

Mr. Whitehall later learned of the improper and illegal use of his license number by Florida State Roofing Group. He went to South Florida in an attempt to clean up the problem. He has reported the illegal use of his license number to the State of Florida's Construction Industry Licensing Board (CILB) and has contacted each of the jurisdictions to inform them of the illegal use of his license and to have the permits cancelled.

For a company to legally engage in roofing in the State of Florida it must be qualified by a person holding a valid license through the CILB. Florida State Roofing Group was never qualified to do roofing work using Mr. Whitehall's license. In some instances we have discovered that the term "Jackson & Whitney d/b/a Florida State Roofing Group" was used on contracts. Again, without Mr. Whitehall's consent or knowledge.

Mr. Whitehall subsequently formed a corporation known as Florida State Roofing Services, Inc. out of a misguided belief that he could use that to help resolve the problems. He quickly realized that this was a bad idea. That company has never been licensed to do roofing work and has never conducted any business whatsoever. It is in the process of being dissolved.

Mr. Whitehall has spent thousands of dollars trying to extricate himself from the mess created by the Florida State Roofing Group and Mr. Estrada. In this instance he is a victim as well as the person making the complaint.

Mr. James Campbell's involvement is nothing more than acting as registered agent for Jackson & Whitney in the State of Florida. He has no involvement in the management or operation of Jackson & Whitney and no involvement whatsoever in Florida State Roofing Group.

Ralph Estrada was the owner of the company. Check sunbiz.org Worked for him three months and was paid 2500.00 for the entire time. Ralph Estrada seized over $20,000 worth of customers monies and padlocked his office in September. I was a salesman who was misled by his thievery and fired for reporting it.

I think she needs to visit Ralph at his home in Davie. Please check who handled your monies. He fraudulently stole someones contracting license and committed identity theft. His last response to this whole matter was "let them sue me". Ralph didn't care about anything but where his next check was coming from. i have copies of over 117,000 in cashed checks he cashed at a local check cashing store. with his face and signatures on.

Please contact a lawyer and pursue getting your money back. He has not done 1 iota for 1 homeowner since he absconded with over $20,000 of homeowners. He completely mismanaged his company.
