In December 2014 Edward Jones Trust Company was court ordered to distribute all assets they held from a Trust. The date of distribution was 31 March, 2016. This court action was required because in the 18 months prior to the court date the representative (Leland Maloney) had adamantly refused to provide any information to the beneficiaries, including when the Trust would be settled.  Phone calls were never returned and emails were never answered.

On March 31 there was no distribution, as ordered by the court.  No reason was given for violating this court order.  All requested documents had been submitted well in advance of the distribution date.

A legally binding agreement was signed.  This agreement gave Edward Jones Trust Company until June 30, 2016 to make the distribution.  It is now mid July and no distribution has been made.  Leland Maloney will not speak to the beneficiaries to explain the reason for violating this legally binding agreement.+
