Finally, the slow and incompetent State Bar of Arizona (AZBar.org) has finally investigated and filed an eight point complaint aginst financial fraudster and soon to be disbarred, faux-attorney lawyer Edward Maldonado. A "fake-Christian" who trolls the free websites of large valley churches like CCV for new business, and who is considered by ex-clients that he has seriously damaged and screwed over, to be not just a crappy lawyer but a pathologocal liar, cheat, and now "felon" financial fraudster as well. Yes, when you write a large, "bad-nsf" check to a client after abandoning their case and never make that check good - after many many many months, the DA consideres that you have moved from a misdemeanor and have now committed a "felony" in AZ. These types of crimes can only produce disbarrment in AZ. In fact, my latest discovery is that Phoenix attorney Edward Maldonado made false and misleading statements with his licensing organizatrion, the State Bar of Arizona - AZBar.org - the very application they use to create his online bio on their member directory. A directory I used to verify that he had liability insurance BEFORE i hired him. Now this turns out to have been a fraud!! I recently researched and spoke directly with the specific male insurance broker who quoted him insurance but Maldonado never paid for it or secured coverage. And no other insurer had provided coverage either!!! Now, months later, I just spoke with another insurer that has RECENTLY extended him insurance coverage but they did not know and Ed Maldonado did not report to them AS REQUIRED BY LAW, that he had an outstanding legal issue (Bad check issued to a former client) with at least one client who had filed a lawsuit and Bar complaint aginst him, as they would never had insured him if they knew this!!!!! Edward Maldonado is clearly a rudderless, sociopathic devil who belongs in hell not PRETENDING to care about and help innocent, vulenerable victim clients.
