Don't Use Edwards Auto Group out of Council Bluffs Iowa expecially if you are a women. My wife went there with her freind to trade in the lease she had on 2014 Kia.She could only afford so much of a payment and looked for a resonable priced vehicle and did find a 2008 Honda CRV.
She called me and told me about it and what payments would be so it sounded ok no mention of not writing in what was owned on the lease to me by her or by salesman I spoke to (Kyle). And it was never mentioned that it was not taken care of when she signed the docs nor did she see any docs that indicated she would be billed for the remainder of the lease and that it was not written in the loan.
Long story short the wife was not told nor did her friend who was in the deal room as well feel that the lease would not be written in the deal. The wife would have never entered into a contract knowing she would be billed over $3000.00 after the deal was done. She would have not done the deal because it would not have been affordable for her.
I talked to one of the managers about it and he told me that it didnt seem right and they usually pay off the lease in the deal and would have his manager call me the next busines day.
Well no calls and I have since left multi messages with no return call to me or my wife.
Its funny she got calls all the time when she was dealing but not a single call back to help her with this deceptive business practice.
Beware of the under handed tatics and 0 customer service at Edwards Auto Group Council Bluffs Iowa.

To the previous commentator ; I found several errors with your paragraph as well. If you truly have this much time on your hands to critique a review, maybe you should reevaluate your freetime. (or is it you're?? , I mean, you would know this, right??)
If you happen to work for this company, I'm appaled at your response. Mr. Thomas was simply stating his frustration with Edwards Auto and the form of communication (or lack thereof) regarding his lease agreement.
People often leave reviews based on the expierence they had. My guess is you are unaware of what happened in this event (besides the grammar portion, kudos) - and should probably leave your comment to yourself.
From just reading this review, I feel that Mr. Thomas was not told important information regarding his lease agreement with Edwards Auto Group. He has every right to be frustrated and upset. Edwards Auto should contact him to resolve this matter, instead of avoiding communication.
No matter what the circumstance, you should treat your customers with respect.

“no mention of not writing in what was owned on the lease” That’s a double negative statement. Whatever your wife told you may not be an accurate reflection of what the sales representative told her. “Long story short the wife was not told nor did her friend who was in the deal room as well feel that the lease would not be written in the deal.”
That’s another double negative statement. I interpret that as though she expected the remaining terms of the lease to be part of the new agreement. It’s unclear as to why you would not expect her to be required to honor the terms of the outstanding lease.
