Brian Arnold was a live in boyfriend, upon seperation from him after several beatings from him, he intimidated me into letting him leave our home with my truck. I knew that the license and insurance would run out soon and thought he would return it. After several months of being without a vehicle and searching for my truck, I found it in the lot at One stop Auto in Grayville, Illinois.
Come to find out Brian had stolen the title and illegally transferred the truck to Jimmy Banks. I filed charges even though I am in constant fear for my life, Brian was arrested several weeks ago. I have contacted the State's attorney of Edwards County in Illinois asking when I was getting my truck back, he informed me that there were still some problems and the truck had still yet to be impounded by the police. I was told "well, the dealer is out some money and therefore we have to take care of that first."
No, Brian Shinkle, Brian Arnold, and Jimmy Banks. The transaction was illegal to begin with, any documents that you may have are forgeries,and therefore the transaction is voided. I am not responsible for the money or goods that you traded, Like you told that other person with the complaint against you: I would think a grown man would know better than to conduct business in a manner that is illegal. Does Brian Arnold look anything like Amanda Graham? No, I don't think so!
So here and now I demand that my vehicle be returned to me within 14 days. When you respond to this I will call you back. I know that the vehicle is in good shape and am aware of the fact that pictures have been taken of it, in fact I have my own. I expect that it is returned in the same shape it left my house in.
I intend to pursue this as far as i have to and I am sure that there are some very interested people out there. I am aware of my rights and I am tired of waiting around for you to do the right thing.

brian arnold sold me a truck with a clean title that was signed by his girlfriend you... I bought it and had it setitng on my lot for about a month when this hit I was told by the sherrifs office that truck was supposed to be stolen so we moved it to the back and then they came and got it form sherrifs office and gave it back to you brian was ordered to pay me and he did believe or not and you got your truck I did not keep it form you at all so please limit your scope of coversations to brian
