 I worked for Scott Hurt , his first name is Bryan....My name is John Ray , I saw the fraud report about Scott and me....Scott got the company from the original owner who always paid his investors 22% was the worst up to about 36% a year was the best...While that guy who's name I do not want to say was taking care of his dad for 9 months because he was sick...Scott was taking care of the company or The other guy thought? The other guy (the owner) returned after 9 months and a company that guy worked so hard to keep his clients happy and show them a nice return....Scott ran it in the ground, There was 2-3 Lawsuits and 1 of the land owners that he had a huge lease with and several oil wells was suing him too....So his dad died and Scott ran his company down....So in order to get out of the trouble coming (The Owner) took a few thousand dollars and his truck and gave Scott 103 oil wells and a little over 1 million dollars which the majority was in the bank to finish a 56 well project... Well the owner at that time made sure the language for the sale (gift)of the oil company to Scott read as followed that the owner at that time was not responsible for any past or future debt or past or future gains...stated what he took his truck and I think $33,000 and that he was completely indemnified from any legal action that occurred while the owner was with his dad till he passed 9 months later....every since the owner practically gave Scott the company, Scott bought a brand new BMW and a half million dollar condo....So the money that was in there to finish that large project Scott used it like it was his money....I'm not happy I continued working for Scott and not the old owner...He asked me if I wanted to come work for him and I was scared he wouldn't do any good because he gave away a 15 year old successful company.....but a lot of investors followed him right over there and invested right away and he was producing oil about two months later....Anyway Scott never finished that project or any other projects after that and he never paid out another production check to the investors that loved the other owner so much...In Fact he took that other 1/2 million he had in the bank and gave it to Jim Staples of Rocky Top Oil And Gas and Raised 2 million more for a small 25% in the Garrett lease....He was paying Jim Staples $25,000 a month for operating....I lost all respect for Scott that day because this same company in Nowata Oklahoma on the square stole $600,000 in a similar project for the owner that just gave the company to Scott and he knew it.....The other owner sued Jim Staples and his partner at that time Rick Wilkins and won a couple leases that turned out way better then if he would have done the $600,000 deal. So Scott raised money for the Garrett and stole all the production money from the other 103 wells and never finished that other project and stole money every time a load was sold for what he called his retirement....This guy is an arrogant piece of s**t he kept saying it was for his retirement and said just wait till everyone catches up to the old owner he will pay for not finishing up the project and sending there checks out to them....I told him 100 times he was secure with his agreement when he gave you this company and there is no way it could come back on him for you stealing all the money from oil that belonged to investors.....he said we will see and when investors called in he would tell them the other guy stole all the oil and he didn't know what to do....Needless to say the other owner was good friends with all his investors and he started helping the other investors sue him and take over the company....Which never happened before he just didn't show up anymore....Scott lives in Bowling Green Kentucky on some condos behind Sonic... Right off 31w if you get off parkway from i65 you take the 1st exit take a right and go up to the light by sonic and take a right it the first gated condos on the right side of the road...it's the 3-4!maybe the 5th condo he drives a BMW though and always leaves his door unlocked....Sorry this is so long but I didn't get a dollar over my $1000 a week salary the other owner was paying me....and even if he would have offered I didn't want it....And if he ever does go to court I'll testify because he stole over 2 million dollars....And I would love to hear how he became someone's boyfriend in prison just for trying to screw the past owner over and ripping off all you investors I am very sorry.....If you email me I can give you the old owners information and he would be a real good guy to invest with if you really want to make money in oil and brag on the gulf course to your buddies because he will hit you decent oil every time because of the leases he buys.....Sorry again.
