The EEOC in Cincinnati has the worst Investigation agents. They are rude bossy overbearing they will not  not listen to your full complaints of discrimination. You are at their mercy do not waste your time the director Wilma Janey allows it.  If u complain she will not respond  My so called agent was Derwin Jamison. He is an aggressive rude overbearing jerk. He treats you like he is a platoon sargent I reported him to director Janey and a Melanie Breen who did nothing but stonewall me and once I tried to send more info for my case nobody responded that it was received. My case was dismissed because I complained about my agent. All I did was ask for another agent since Mr. jamison already made up his mind. He never read any of my documents. I spent 2 months day and night preparing my complaint it was straight forword  torment The government people can treat you like crap refuse to answer and get away with it. The EEOC is a waste timeline. I was crucified by my employer health fitness corp the VP of human resources will lie and let employees be harassed and hurt. The EEOC protects the people who discriminate. If u can go to a different office maybe u will get lucky and get a decent agent who isn't rude and insulting. You are powerless unless you are Rich and can afford a lawyer. Save yourself the grief find another way to fight back against your employer. Beware EEOC is a waste
