EFacucets.com EImprovements.com Does Not Stand Behind Products; Return Service Atrocious, Internet

I have never had a problem purchasing over the internet until now. Tried to purchase two toned faucets for bathroom (2 lavatory and 1 garden tub). Products came with no problem.

Certified plumber could not install the lavatroy fixtures. He said the fixtures were defective and had missing washers and other parts. The handles would not stop turning and they kept leaking underneath.

So we started the process of trying to return them. It took 3 weeks just to get a number to put on the return box. Received a partial credit about 7 weeks later. I knew I would have to pay a restocking fee, and that was OK. But now the company says that the tub faucet which was hardly taken out the box was scratched upon return and therefore no refund could be made. It could not have been scratched by us because we looked at it and then placed it back in the plastic bag and in the box.

So in a nutshell, I was sent inferior of defective products, the return process took way too long and was flawed in many ways and in the end they claim I scratched the returned material and will not refund my money. I am out $250 for the bathtub faucet + about $40 shipping costs

I just want to make sure other consumers don't use Efaucets.com for their plumbing needs. While some things are good to buy over the internet, plumbing is not because you never know what will happen during installation, etc. This company obviously does not stand behind its products and is not customer service oriented.
