Efax J2 Communications Stole phone number Hollywood California

On March 27 Efax or J@ communications stole my phone number which I had for 15 years. Apparently someone entered the change on the internet, which J2 changed without my permission. The had no authorization from me to take my number. If they had bothered to ask first all problems could have been avoided.
I requested mediation, to get compensation for the countless hours, and lost business, and hassles to get my phone number back. I wrote President Sean Hitchings a letter which he signed for, asking for at least an explanation. I even filed a complaint against them with the California Public Utilities Commission. However it turns out J2 is not regulated. J2 is a really dishonest company, from the top down. Their immoral President Sean Hitchings believes it is OK to steal phone numbers, and not even offer an explanation why, or how it happened. Be warned of Efax which is really J2 Communications, and don't give them your business.
