In june 2016 an email was sent to me offering me to have a web site to work from home and earn 4 to 6 thousand per month. Being very much in financial trouble I succumbed to the offer which turned out to be a nightmare for me. The first company which called itself Dynamic Referral solutions charged me 295 to build a website. However, they did not build my website but connected me to another company that was supposed to build my website. They had an automatic system to guide me to build it myself. But their software were defective and I could not follow through the instructions. When I contacted them to get my refund since their software were not working, they insisted that I try again. This happened a number of times, and they kept insisting that I should try again. This was their trick to let the time pass so that I should not be able to claim my money. However I did report this matter to the Securities Commission in Washington DC, as well as to Attorney Generals/s office in California. Both offices responded to me and appreciating my effort to report fraud. But they did not do anything to help me recover my money. Finally I gave up on the matter and thought I have lost that money. But on 21st August, I got a call from Effective Design Solutions claiming to be able to help me run my business from home. They did not tell me before hand what they were going to do, but asked me to give my credit Card number so that they should know who they were dealing with. After that they said that they had worked on my website and had finished the work and had charged my credit card for $5000/- Before this they first lead me to the so called website to let me know what I should do while being on the phone. They made me click here and click there to complete the procedure for them to work on my website. This was their trick to make me sign an agreement to work with them. When I protested that their work was to build my website and not to advertise it as they claimed, they said now nothing can be done, as I had already signed the contract. Again I protested that I am not a rich person and I am already in financial constraints, and with repeated attempts I was able to make them ready to give me a partial refund, of 2667 while I hoped that the remaining I will let the credit card company dispute for me. However the credit card company which is the Bank of America failed to help me saying that this is not a fraud, but a misdeal and I have to deal with it myself. I do not have the money or the health to deal with this matter. I am a cancer patient and busy with my treatments. I have no property or precious things to sell to finish this deal with the credit card company.
