Me saying that 90% of it was not true is simply me saying that there was a lot of false information in the review. I admitted that there were some mistakes made (permits taking long to receive back from counties, waiting on inspectors to show up, waiting on electric company to swap out meter; all things out of our control) and we have done everything we can to help any homeowner that had a bad experience.

Whoever is posting this review is using a fake name. If the review was legitimate they would use their real name so that we could try and help this customer. If there really was an issue we could resolve it. We have not been given the opportunity to do that. To call us scum is bold. We are fathers, sons, husbands.. NOT SCUM.

To expect a business to be perfect is unreasonable. Nobody is perfect, and we own that. We do however strive for perfection, and that includes taking care of any customer that had a bad experience. As anyone reading this can see by checking out our reviews on facebook and google, we are a great company that does things the right way, unfortunately we have not mastered being perfect and without flaws.

We may never be perfect or without flaws, but we are committed to doing whatever it takes to acheive perfection. What I can promise, is that anyone who chooses to do business with us, will be treated with respect, and we will do everything we can to provide them with the best products and services that are available. 99.9% of the time our customers will brag about us, and will enjoy one of the best experiences a company can provide. For the .01% that doesnt, we will be there, and we guarantee by the end they will be a happy and satisfied customer.

Our Altamonte Springs office was not a virtual office. It was an actual office in an executive center. We no longer have that address, as we upgraded our location to a larger size office.

The owner Wiley (me) is not rude. I am one of the nicest people that you could possibly meet. That is one of the biggest red flags I could see in this review, because it is simply not true.

I believe that if any of our customers had an electric bill that is 3x's higher, that they would reach out to us and send us copies of their bills so that we could address and fix the issue.

We do not rotate our company name every 4 years. We used an already existing LLC to create Efficient Home Services. Since Efficient Home Services was founded in 2014 we have NEVER changed our company name.

It's almost like going to court and saying, "No your honor, what he is saying is 10% truth." DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. They are pure scums and you will be stuck on a contract you cannot get out of. 

There is so much information loaded in these reviews but to keep it simple 90% of what was said was not true, and an absolute stretch of the truth. Check out the reviews on facebook and google. Yes we have some negative reviews, like all companies, but we primarily receive 5 star reviews!
