Efficient Transportation Inc is a terrible company and is very dihonest.  They took over 30 days to deliver a Chandelier that i had purchased.   I paid extra for the $12,000 chandelier to be crated.  They shipped it in a card board box with no lid and a moving blanket thrown around it with clear tape wrapped around that.

 

Needless to say the chandelier was delivered crushed, damaged and unusable.  Efficient transportation charged extra for insurance and then stated that they were not insured when i requested that they replace my chandelier.  Efficient transportation said that they would self insure and pay for it "In House"  Efficient Transportation Inc will not return my phone calls or emails now.

 

This is a very bad company. Do not use .  They need to be shut down.

Efficient Transportation Inc Right Touch Movers Quoted us $2800 and forced us to pay $7800. Stole from us as well as broken items. And there are at least 10 more people with the same problem. San Diego California
