EFFORT TRUST CO. ARTHUR WEISZ SPREADING OF MALISHUS RUMORS AND LIES ABOUT MY BUSINESS AND FAMILY TO STAFF AND OTHER TRADESMEN WHO WORK FOR THE EFFORT TRUST COMPANY WHEN THEY ARE THE REAL CRIMINALS IN THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SCA HAMILTON, Ontario

I feel it is my duty to the investors of the properties that Effort Trust Co. manages for them to tell what is going on inside the Effort Trust Co. Over and above myself they are the real victoms of this company.

My family worked for the Effort Trust Co. for more that 13 years and had a good working relationship with the company (or so we thought) we did our job and kept to ourselves what was going on inside the office.

Then one day it was my turn to be shafted out of the fold, we were not on the payroll i guess you could say, we did not to paybacks to the property managers, so rumors spread that we were stealing from the company, bribbing supers and paying them off, without even as much a word from the office to tell ask me about the rumors i was out and all the superintendents and traadesmen that work for the Effort Trust Co. new about these rumors and that we we fired becasue of stealing went through the city within 3 hours flat.

The real truth is the property mangers are the ones scaming the investors of this company they hire there own family members and cousins and godfathers to do the work, they even have had companys that belong to then under different names to do the work and they get there share, they are the ones writing there onw purchase orders for work that has never been done to maintenance companys then they split the bill, they have plumbers, electrians, painters, carpet installations you name the traade and they get their share.

These property managers and trades men sleep with superindents some more than one at a time so that can keep them on there side in order to get these p.o.'s through to the main office girl susan crowley who knows everything that is going on inside as she has been said to sleep her way to the top also.

if any of the investors should want to check this out i suggest you do becasue it is not the superintendents and trades people that do not do there job it is the property managing company themselves that are doing the stealing and the owner knows about this as well becasue it has been said that he tells his managers to take it easy on him once in a while as he has investors to answer to.

So what does that tell you about how the company runs, someone from a building in hamilton wrote a while back about this and beleive me it is true,

How can a property manager who has done this job for quite a long time afford all  the luxuries of BMW cars, cottages, boats, live in a high rise condominium, rent villas down south for his daughters wedding, (by the way he has his son-in-law working in his building doing maintenance) that should be conflict of interest but because names are different no one questions.

Or a superintendent turn Property Manager with no education in the business its becasue he has to much on the managers not to get what he wants   saunas, big screen t.v.s you name it he gets it just to keep quiet.

So i hope in some small way that at least one investor reads this and does something about these theives before they lose everthing
