Efixnow.com is a great website and company and I want to thank efixnow.com for doing an awesome job fixing my computer problems. I called and first talked to Nicole Bowman who figured out what computer problems I was having. I let her know that I needed email help, my computer was slow and had pop up problems. She explained that efixnow computer tech support services would remove adware, remove spyware, remove popups and increase computer speed.

Eythan Carter was the tech that worked on my computer problems. Eythan spent well over an hour explaining what he had spent hours doing to fix all the issues my computer was having as well as teach me how to properly use the internet so that I wouldn't get computer infections again.

Efixnow really opened my eyes to how a customer should be treated. A big thumbs up to Eythan and Nicole and efixnow.com! I would refer anyone to you guys for computer tech support because you really are the best! If anyone out there is wondering, Efixnow.com is a great company to get email help and fix computer problems! Oh and by the way efixnow.com is located in the U.S. and they don't outsource anything so that way you won't ever talk to someone in India or the Philippines!

#5 UPDATE EX-employee responds

The Scam claim simply is not true

AUTHOR: Chuck - ()

I worked for this company for over 9 months and was one of the original Technicians doing work for them and giving support to their customers and with hindsight being 20/20 I should still be there.

The accusations that Shane Barry does any of this is a flat out lie. The accusations against Kyle or Shane O'Bray are out and out lies.

They offer a great service, they speak English and they are based in America providing jobs to those who need jobs.

I would highly recommend them to anyone that didn't understand the in's and out's of maintaining their computers any day of the week and twice on Sunday.

Scammers and Frauds

This company will take you for all they can get and not fix your pc the company is owned by criminals and thugs one of them being neil warren cooper a 25%owner he worked for Itok.net in a department that generated all of the leads they aquire and he signed a non compete that he did not follow and stole all of the itok.net info to start efixnow.com illegaly then transfered the domain to kyle tippetts this is not a company you want to do business with.

http://www.mugshotsonline.com/utah/salt-lake-city/neil-warren-cooper/12046702

Another Shane Berry who brags to employees about beating people and torturing them as well as
recording fights in the office and recording him making his employees do embarrising and dangerous acts, he also sleeps with employees as a form to guarantee they stay employeed.

Kyle Tippetts is another owner who has abused and taken any information from other sites and converted it into his programming for the website he is a coward and a scoundrel

The other owner shane obray has been working with shane berry for years ripping people off in coaching scams over the phone and if investigated would most likely be found guilty on many levels of fraud and other charges coaching programs are things like convincing people to spend anywhere from 5 thousand dollars to 20 thousand dollars for help learning ebay or for motivational classes.

I agree, efixnow.com is a great company!

I too have used efixnow.com to fix my computer problems.  I know quite a bit about computers and I was impressed with the knowledge that the tech who fixed my computer problems had. As far as the salesman that sold me the service I do believe that $200 is a lot to pay but you get what you pay for. I was told that I had spyware and malware infections on my computer by the salesperson. When the tech installed a free antispyware program it showed that I did have a ton of adware and malware infections. While some of the programs they install are free if you don't have the knowledge to fix your computer yourself then you have to pay someone that does. That's just how the world works. If you know how to change your oil and replace brake pads why do you take it to a mechanic to get that stuff done? So yes I paid $200 to have a tech fix my computer problems because I don't know how to do it on my own and I don't want to know how I just want it done.

Anyhow, I was very happy with the service I received from efixnow.com and I will be paying them again when I have problems because I don't want to learn how to do it myself! By the way do be careful while efixnow and all their techs are in Utah many are not. In fact most are in India or Philipines and don't care if your happy or not because they are a million miles away. The easiest way to see where a website is located do a whois on them by going towww.whois.com/whois/ put in their website and see where it is registered. If they are not in the states then they don't follow our laws and don't do business with them.

I also used efixnow.com for help with email problems that I was having. I am happy to say that efixnow went above and beyond to not only get me back into my email but also fixed a number of other computer problems I was having. I don't remember the name of the tech that helped me with my email problem but I want to say he spent hours fixing my computer problems and over an hour talking to me on the phone. He showed me how to surf the internet more safely so I dont get spyware or malware infections and how to use some programs that will help me keep my computer clean. I want to say that the two programs efixnow.com installed are free but work really well. If I hadn't found efixnow.com then I wouldn't have ever known how to get those programs much less know how they work. Again thank you efixnow.com. I would refer anyone to them if you are having computer problems or need email help or just want someone to show you how to use your computer correctly.

Efixnow salemen will try to convince you that you have more problems than you really have.  My father-in-law was told he had major problems with his computer (he had none).  Once convinced of this, he paid $200 to get it fixed.  What did Efixnow.com do?  They downloaded two free software programs, such as CCleaner.  They ran a scan, and that was it.  Nothing they did was dangerous, but like a mechanic who tells you that your break pads are shot when they are really only 50% worn down, Efixnow.com specializes in sell to you what you don't need and could easily do yourself.
