eGaming Supply writes their Rules & Regulations in a perfect way to manipulate you. How so? Hear me out...
I registered at eGamingSupply.com with entering all sorts of information including an email address. Then I was redirected, saying I need to check my email for a confirmation (to be expected, rite). I checked my email... Nothing. Usually its instant, but maybe I'll wait 5 minutes...
Nothing.
So I made another account (this is the internet, people - or at least me - expect results INSTANTLY - no patience here on the internet). Same process but with a different email. Checked my email again. Oh hey, the confirmation email arrived INSTANTLY. So I confirmed my account but as I triy to use their services, I was redirected with a message saying: Banned: Reason not given. Ban lift: Never.
I clicked on Contact Us immediately because I was confused... Wtf did I do? Then I was redirected AGAIN. It said that making multiple accounts was BANNED. Oh okay, I understand - so thats what I did - and I agree, thats a good precaution - I guess - wait, whats the big deal? Hmm... But this next is what REALLY ticks me off... Then I read on to be informed that to unban my account, I could acquire a TrustWho certificate for.... a mesely $10. Eh, I rather use the services which were free, for free.
So I search for more information. I tried logging in my old account but I did not have sufficent "privilages" until confirmation. Tried to find a way to resend confirmation, but no luck. They even have a section just for activation in their FAQ (how convenient - guess this happens a lot?) stating that the email normally surfaces instantly and if it does not occur within 30 minutes, its not their fault. They have a link in the FAQ page to resend the confirmation email, but its a dead link....
Very VERY disappointed. Very manipulative of their own Rules & Regulations AND very shady to try to have me nudged over to pay them $10 just to have the an account unbanned... one I never used and apparently was "violating their Rules & Regulations" (how convenient for them). Even if the rules weren't BS, they manipulated this so I would violate them. I'm sure they don't do this to everyone or that'll ruin their rep, but perhaps they automate it to screw with a certain small percentage, hoping for some capital out of this SCAM!
Its just a forum. Why do I have to pay $10 to use a forum?! BS!
I'm so disappointed... eGaming Supply will probably respond in like months or years from now in some professional yet subtly condescending manner, trying to flip this on me. I can already see it now... Well, in advance, if Ripoff Report don't mind me being blunt: F* you eGaming Supply! If this wasn't intentional (highly unlikely), then you guys are just RETARDED! Money makes the world go around... around with a bunch of A*holes like you.

We handles lots of customer and we will take care of you too. EGS is a great company that is internation for all your game supply needs.
You should email or chat with support, but give us time because we aren't paid for this. We are friends of Justice Mckay (owner) that take give our time for free to help people to trade more safely and we make the trade safe by trying to stop spammers and scammers.
Making two accounts looks like a spammer. You don't need to buy our premium service.
We don't have much time because we have to middleman a lot of trades, and we do that by calling a cellphone or logging in to a game account before we approve the trade.
You are unkind to file a ripoffreport like this. We don't rip anyone off. After we inspect game accounts, only 13% of them are stolen later on back by the original owner. Without our help, much more game accounts would get stolen.
