Eglobal Services Billing agent for fraud services , Haward, California 94545

 Ireceived a call climing to be from a Microsoft windows technical support, claiming they received reports of computer virus's on my computer, which I had indeed filed, and they were the technical services branch of the windows devision and were supposed to clear my computer of all virus's.

They stated this was a free service from microsoft, and they gave me a long code and told me where I could find this code on my system to verify they were ligitimate.

I verified this code while they were on line, then they asked me to give them sode letters and numbers which were on my system so they could access my system and remove the virus's, which I did.

they spent about two or three hours working on my computer because I was copying a hard drive to a larger drive, then they sid they would call me back in the next hour, which they did.  yhey said my system was now clear of virus's and if I wished to keep it so I could buy a program something like a warrenty from them, starting at $ 99.99 for one years, or a larger amount for up to 4 years.  I informed them I didn't have funds for to purchase at this time.

They  called me back about three hours and said they had been authorized by their administrtion to offer me a two year service, nd that I would not have to pay until I was satisfied that my computer was working better and faster, or whenever I could afford it I could call them and they would take the payment from my account then, but I had to give them the payment information then to get the discounted offer.  As this way of making discounts is accepted practice, and seeing that they had called me back several times I thought they were ligitimate, so I gave them my debit card number.

the next day, I was checking and saw a debit on my account for the $ 99.99.  I tried one of the numbers and found it belonged to a family, then I tried another number and got a man who said his number had been used this way before.
