Eharmony Dating Service refund policy Internet

I recently attempted to use eharmony.com and quickly realized after less than two weeks that it was garbage and a poor quality site that is full of stuff that sounds to good to be true.  first the way they match people, do they even try to use all the information you spent a decent amount of your time filling out?  do they make you feel like you are possibly being profiled, whether by the amount of money you make or personal beliefs?  These are the things I noticed that made me want to cancel my account and get a refund.  It seems because of some law from Cali.  that they are allowed to set a 3 day limit on getting your money back.

They show the same crappy commercials from years ago that say if your not happy with them you get your money back.  they just dont tell you that you in plain site that you have 3 days to decide this.  I have known others who have called and got their money back well after the three day limit.  Do they just pick and choose who they will refund money to?  when you ask these kinds of questions they either put you on hold or just out right hang up on you.  After repeating this process 3-4 times in a row with in 10 minutes gets alittle frustrating.  Their customer service reps talk down to you like your garbage or an idiot.  "are you sure your calling the right place and not match.com because we are eharmony.com not match.com."  well errrrrrrrrrrr duh.  the point of my angry rant is that their money back policy is very very unfair and unrealistic, you can just pick and choose who you want to refund and why they feel you are not entitled to one.  Plain and simple, if we are not happy with the service that they say they will provide, then why shouldnt we get our money back?  Its companies like this that are taking advantage of people that contribute to our slow declination of human morals of whats right and wrong.  What ever happened to good old fashioned money back policies?
