I live in New Zeeland and found their website I needed a 911 Fan. I contacted them by email and was told they had the part. I needed it quickly so I called them and spoke to Brian Farmer the owner how said her could shipit overnight to me. Great I thought then I was asked to fax back a form to them(I have made 100's of internet purchases. I guess this should have been a warning to me but I neede the fan so I faxed it back with all the info). The fan was $250us annd the shipping was $125us. The fan arrive and I opened the box (note this was an old box that looked like they retrieved out of the rubbish bin) I opened it up and removed the fan. I was dismayed to find three missing fins. The missing fins were not in the box and the fractures were old not shinny which indacated to me that the damage did not happen in transit. I rang up Einmalig as soon as they opened up And told Brian that the part he sent me were not acceptable and that I would be retuning the Fan at which point he said I would have to pay for the return shipping and there would be a 20% restocking fee andI would have a store credit. Store Credit as if I youd make another purchase from them noy in this lifetime sending after he sent a Broke part halfway around the world. Needless to say I am out $375. I should have know they were a problem supplier when I was told that I need to fax back the Info form with all of mt Credit Card Info and signing a form say that I was consenting to the purchase I have never had to fill one of these out before.
