Eisner Amper Investment Loss. Scam. New York New York

Shady accounting firm that has caused tremendous losses to investors by approving misleading S.EC. filings with fellow conspirators Al Kahn and Bruce R. Foster while they were at 4Kids Entertainment and 4licensing Corporation. Not content with luring investors into buying worthless stock by relying on Eisner Amper's, Bruce Foster's, and Al Kahn's fraudulent filings, Bruce Foster and Eisner Amper then set up shop at Asta Funding, filed false reports until the S.E.C. stopped them, then restated their earnings, causing investor losses once again.

Arthur Andersen was indicted, and that firm no longer exists. Eisner Amper engages in similar behavior. Do not get involved with Eisner Amper, Al Kahn, or Bruce Foster, or you will almost certainly become a victim of their fraudulent schemes.
