Contact Realty and Taichi Fudosan Realty are a Scam. First of all Taichi's real estate did not tell me that they only act as a third party and they referred me to contact realty, got me an apartment which turned out to be infested with roaches. When I tried to get out of the contract 2 days after the lease date and called the two brokers to tell them to show me more listings, they completely ran away from me.
I did not even ask them to give me the brokers fee back, all I asked for is that they keep showing me listings. However Taichi said they only work as a third party and they do not have listing of their own. Contact Realty just completely disappeared.
Do not use these two real estates!!!!! I lost all my broker's fee!!!!
