After placing an order, I received an email asking for a copy of my driver's license. I called the company directly to inquire about the odd request. The lady became defensive immediately. She proceeded to say no one can steal your info with just I.D. um wrong. That's exactly how identity theft works. I asked if there was any other way to verify. No if you don't want to send us your I.D. then there's no point of going in circles. I said some of your competitors use other methods of verification. Maybe you should consider investing in the same thing like verisign. She was the rudest person I've encountered since going to NYC. Although I was being nice and respectful. This lady seriously wanted to argue about her policy. I said I wasn't comfortable. Certainly seems odd. Seems like a scam. Proceed with caution.
