EKA FREEDOM LLC, CHOCOEYECREAM Bait and Switch - Offer Product Sample and Hook into Another Product Program Shelton Connecticut

Back in August of 2015, I responded to an advertisement regarding anti-aging product samples. They offered a product called Lumare Skin Eye Cream and a product called Lumare Anti-Aging Serum, for a one-time each cost of $5.95. I looked over the ad very carefully to make sure there was no mention of any future obligation involved or any program automatically entered into that would  involve periodic shipments and charges. I received the two samples with only a card enclosed that described the benefits of the two products and a phone number for questions. There was NO mention of any future obligation whatsoever or any terms and conditions involving automatic future shipments. Subsequent to that I began receiving monthly charges of $89.77 for EACH  product. I contacted the company and they insisted that I enrolled in their program at the time of ordering the samples. My credit card company, Comenity Capital Bank, investigated on my behalf and I received a supposed letter of proof from the company in dispute. The problem is that the company sent me a web page photo of an order form with terms and conditions relating to a totally different product - Choco Eye Cream. They also had a schedule of charges that stated an initial cost of  $3.95. There was no mention whatsoever in their letter of either Lumare Skin Eye Cream or Lumare Anti-Aging Serum, only Choco Eye Cream. This is a bogus and fraudulent company that lures people in based on receiving product samples and then switches to an automatic shipment program involving a totally different product(s). They need to be investigated and fined/shut down completely.
