Hi there, I received a similar letter that I holding my hand right now. It was send by Loteria Primitiva from spain. The letter stated that I a winner drawn from 25,000 names from Asia, Australia, New Zeanland, Erurope, America and North American.

They asked me to contact DANIEL CARLOS the foreign service manager of SANTA LUCIA SECURITY COMPANY S.A. they also given me the number to call TEL. 011-34-690-352-897 FAX 011-34-685-361-349. In the past couple days I was spend a lot of money on my phone cards tried to call them. Lucky I went to internet and type LOTERIA PRIMITIVA and it give me a link to rip off report. After reading files of people's complaint I understand I'm not the only one. Hopefully we can files a lawsuit again this liar report.
