My mother, who lives in France received a letter from the El Gordo Spanish Sweepstake, stating that she had won 650,000 euros. The company was asking for money up front and her bank details in order to release the money.
I checked it out on the internet and found it to be a scam.

She received another practically identical letter a few days later, from a different named company - El Primera Lotto Espana. This was also asking for money and bank details, with the promise of a big money win.

When I checked this company out on the internet I could find no information. I think the original company is trading under the new name in order to trick people.

I just wanted people to be made aware of the new company name.
