Elaine M. Carson Stole $181.51 from my bank account Santa ana California

Early December, I ordered, from my phone, a free trial of Today Forkelyn.  I paid $4.95 shipping only.  Once I completed my order, it added an order of Were Build African Mango for free plus $4.95 shipping.  I paid a total of $9.90. 

Apparently there was a small notice of a 14 day trial period that I didn't see.  Had I seen it, I would have cancelled my order.  I never do trial offers and rarely order from the internet or my phone.  

On December 20, while checking my bank account there were two charges for these products of $89.13 and $92.38.  I contacted my bank and then I contacted the 877-494-9848 customer service rep named Junior.  He said he could cancel the order. 

I ask if he would be processing the refund and he said that everything was taken care of.  On December 27, I called the customer service number 877-494-9848 and spoke to Jessica. 

She pulled up my information and stated the order had been cancelled, but the money totally $181.51 was non refundable.  She total me the name of the company that handles the product is Turbo Choice Garcinia in Santa Ana California.  

I have googled the company but haven't found their direct information.  The information I provided was what came up on your web site as a previous complaint.

I can't afford to give away free money.  If I could it would most certainly go to a charity, not a fraud of a company that keeps your money after the order is cancelled.

Any assistance is appreciated in this matter.
