This credit card company is the biggest rip off I know, I have several credit cards, never have a problem with any of them, except this one. They lead you down the path, and add on the fees. On the web, they will show you that you have $20.00 available, I spent 19.55, and then got an over-limit fee of $39.00. I really only had $19.39 available, so I went over my credit limit by 16 cents which of course they authorized, and they charged me the fee. The next month, I paid the over-limit fee and plenty of money to that I would not get another over-limit fee, so then they more than doubled my interest rate, so of course I got a bill over my limit. Now they didn't put the over-limit fee on this statement, so that if I paid the minimum due I would get another over-limit fee which I would not even know about if I hadn't looked on line at the charges to this card.

I now owe another over-the limit fee, plus the increased interest, which has basically tripled my payment due.

I do not make late payments on this account and have asked them in the past to not allow any over-the-limit charges to go through, of course they can't do that. 16 Cents has now cost me $78.00 plus has more than doubled my interest rate on this card.

They are extremely sneaky, they charge you the overlimit fee, you pay the minimum payment that is on the statement, but before you even get the statement, they have charged you another over-the limit fee, which you don't even know about (unless you look on-line) For those who don't have computers, you won't know until the next statement and they would have already added another fee so you are bound to just keep paying fees.

This has happened to me a few times, I have learned to look online, have been an excellent paying costumer, and they have reported me as if I am crap to the credit bureau. They let you go over the limit, but then keep adding charges. Their customer service people are extremely rude and do not seem to care that they are totally ripping off people. I am a single mom and I am having a rough time, but I make sure to make my payment on time every month.

I think they should be regulated and should not be allowed such exhorbitant fees, I mean really, they let you go over the limit by 16 cents and they make a fortune off of it, like a loan shark. These fees should be outlawed.
