I have a paycard with these companies. From what I undersand US Bank backs the account but the services are through Elan Financial. These companies stole money from my account and will not provide the customer service needed to return it. I was contacted by the company in December because my card would be expiring soon. I was told that  I would need to use all the funds in the account by April 30, 2015 because no funds can be deposited/withdrawn past that date, or set up service on a new card. I opted to set up service on a new card and continue forward with the company. I was sent a new card, and my old card was destroyed. Funds have been deposited and withdrawn with no problems. All was well until May 5, 2015 when I noticed that $800 was deducted from my account. When I contacted the number on the back of my card, I was told to contact US Bank. I contacted US Bank and was told to contact the number on the back of my card. After playing ping pong with these two companies for three days, I was finally escalated to a manager who directed my to "look for my funds on missingmoney.com," a government website, because I was informed of the card expiring. Once I explained that I have a new card, and funds were depostied after the deduction, the line went dead. Neither company could explain where the money was transferred. The constant answer is "I don't know what to tell you," then I'm placed on hold FOREVER until the call is ultimately dropped. Meanwhile, I have no money and no means of recourse. I need serious help. Has anyone ever experienced anything like this with this company before? I have tried to contact them several times, and each time the number sends me to a voice mail.
