Merchant beware.  Elavon Merchant Services of Knoxville, TN amended my contract as they saw fit and implemented a $175 yearly PCI Compliance Fee.  After doing some checking I quickly found that these guys are charging way more than everyone else in an order to make a nice hunk of change on this new system being implemented by Visa and Mastercard.  They say that you have no choice but to pay this new few and that opting out subjects you to a heavy early termination fee.  Let me stress.  DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
