Elavon, Elavon Payments, Elavon.com, Costco Payments, CostcoPaymentProcessing.com, LeapPayments, Leap Payments Elavon Payments AKA Costco Payment Processing & Leap Payments Ripped Me Off Around $2,000!!! Nationwide

I was approved to process payments through Leap Payments, and they set me up with Elavon Payments AKA Costco Payment Processing, & Leap Payments for my online store. A few weeks after processing I began getting calls from this rude lady named Miranda which started questioning me over numerous phone calls about the nature of my business even though I was approved by them to do business. I asked her if there was an issue and if I should stop processing and take my business elsewhere and she said no issue you can continue to process. Well about a week later I got a call from her and she said they were holding around $1,800 of my money for up to 270 days and there was no way to get it returned.

Since then I have tried to speak to several people at Elavon which have been no help once so ever about getting my money back. They have since taking out an addtional $200 out of my bank account even though they are holding almost $2000 of my money and our contract has ended which has lead me to close down my bank account as afriad they will steal more money from me!

This company is no more than a bunch of theives!!! Do not trust this company or any of their associates as they will lie to you and steal from you!! Go with a better more trusted payment processor than Elavon Payments AKA Costco Payment Processing, as if you dont trust that they will steal from you!
