After reading some horror stories, I checked the lease for my two small copiers with Elbar, sold to me by Ross Lesser and Joe Terio. My bank told me my copiers are worth 10k, and I have 140k in loans on them. Lesser wrote up my service agreement and after checking that I found that he told me it was a five year lease but he wrote it for three years. So now I have 10k worth of equipment I will be paying off for years and I was ripped off for two years of my service contract too. I have attempted to gain redress but they are such liars, they claimed I knew that the service contract was for 3 years. A Lie. And they denied inflating the value of my copiers but my bank says they are so over inflated that they are virtually worthless. Ross Lesser, Joe Terio, and Elbar Duplicator Company are all frauds, liars and thiefs! I have talked to other customer who have been ripped off by them, and we are going to do a class action lawsuit against them. Anyone else want to join?

Why don't you tell us who you really are? Try looking in the mirror. We run a clean business and did not have to move or change our name like you did.
For over 55 years we have served this community well and it's a shame that people like you can tell lies from behind a curtain of secrecy and try to damage our good name. It's very sad that we have to waste time responding to blatent lies from unknow accusers who have nothing better to do.

To update this situation, Ross Lesser is no longer employed by Elbar Duplicator Corp (EDC). And further, Joe Terrio was never a part of or party to, Ross Lessers business practices. Contrary to these false reports, Joe Terrio and Ross Lesser were never partners.
TO repeat, ross lesser is no employed by Elbar (EDC).

The problem with this site or any review site is a competitor of any company can post a negative review of their competition with no proof. and give that company a bad name..
And for the record you said the "bank says they (machines) are so over inflated that they are virtually worthless" but they still gave you a loan on such a deal? sounds fishy

For 53 years we've run a clean business! Funny that you should know all the names of those people you mention. Why not just call our 800 number and speak to us to get your make believe problem resolved? I guess now we know who the real LIAR is, don't we. You should have proof read what you wrote, it doesn't even make sense. Oh and bye the way those horror stories were printed in the Long Island Business News about you and your company for anyone who wants the true story.
