November 2014 I signed a contract with the CEO of Suntek out of Lexington, S.C. Elbert Boan also known as Kit Boan. The service was to install solar panels and reflective attic insulation. I gave him a 15,000.00 payment. Within 5 days I cancelled the contract. Mr. Boan informed he couldnt refund my money because he had special ordered solar panels but as soon as he find a buyer he refund my money. A year and half later no money. After doing research I found out the contract I had signed with Mr. Boan the company had already been disolved. I also found that I was not the only person he had scammed. He now has a business First Solar America which was filed Jan 29, 2015. Do not do business with this man.
