Grandview Las Vegas, Eldorado Resorts Mis selling of timeshare and being lied to by the seller Las Vegas Nevada

Like everybody else i believed what my seller "Tommy Laska" told me.
That i could exchange my timeshare to go anywhere in the world as i was a RED customer-this may be true but he did not tell me that somebody else had to exchange their timeshare in the destination first.

i go to New Zealand every year and i explained that to "Tommy", he assured me that it would not be a propblem, guess what it was. When i tried to exchange my weeks, i was informed that there are no weeks available in the entire country of New Zealand, an entire country.
Next i was told that RCI would beat any price in car rental and airfaires- this was so untrue it is unbelivable, they are 30% more expensive.

Now the thing is i bought my timeshare out right, i paid all maintance fees and the RCI fees, that when i went to use the timeshare it was useless.
I was mis sold this time share and lied to or not told the full truth about how it really works.

i have also found out that RCI is being sued for renting out the best weeks to non timeshare members and that nearly everybody that has bought at the Grandview has had the same problem.
if there are any lawyers out there that think i have a case i would love to hear from you.
