I order a facial machine from FacialCare.net By Elecctrika Corp. in late October /07. My master card was charge right away.
When I received my order, this was a metal box, with lose screws thrown inside the box, chip job inside; paper had been wrapt-up in places to prevent parts from falling apart. The manual had been download from different web pages of the internet and from different machines, trying to imitate the one they had try to put together.
At the time to plug-in this unit, burning smoke started to come out from inside and ready to cause an explosion.
I called Elecctrika Corp. at 305/825-2565 immediately
They blamed it on me, they said I broke it. I send it back next day and ask for my refund.
They said there was nothing they could do and they woudn't give me my money back.
I recently found out that, the place where this people operate is known to be very corrupt town call "Little Habanah"about 25 ml. West from Miami, where mostly cubans and poor people live and do business.
The product I received was clearly a scam. This is apparently, a person working from his/her garage making piracy products trying to imitate expensive beauty equipment under a name of a Corporation.
I hope U.S. authoritys reprimand the people who operates under Elecctrika Corp., and stop them from ripping off innocents who believe this to be a business of integrity.

Elecctrika corp. had brought to my attention that, the article where I mention my bad experience as a consumer contained libelous statements and is requesting the retraction of it.
The purpose of this article was a call out for help from consumers that had experience similar situations and not intended to generalized, insult, hurt or degrade any human race. My apologies to everyone who felt offended for any unintentional poor comment.

I coulden't help to review your report of this company located in LITTLE HABANAH. I am a current esty and am currently on the market for equipment, and have acutally bought from Elecctrika before. I also live in the LITTLE HABANAH area, and have been quite insulted by your comments on our city. Having an issue with a company is one thing, but to remark about a city is another. I guess you have not done your research correctly because acually Little Havana is the correct spelling of the city, and also it is not the same area in which that company is located in.
I think it is a extremely ignorant comment to make about a town which you have no knowledge of, and to top it off your research was completely incorrect. The city is actually Hialeah Gardens, which is town of middle-class working people, many business owners who are self-employeed and quite successful. To make such a generalization about a city and the type of race or people who lives there seems completely out of line, and I am in shock. If you would of did your research a little better, you would learn how to read a map.
Little Habanah is actually about a 15 mile distance from that area, and also is not a CORRUPT town. It actually represents heritage of the spanish culture , and represents the strength of the many different nationalities which live in our country. I have to conclude that since you are a person who has little knowledge of the Constitution, I must conclude that your remarks are insignificant and most likely are a lie.
