Elect Group, LLC They took my money and didn't help me one bit!!!! They are a SCAM!! Deerfield Beach Florida

I paid Elect Group $1500 in December 2008 to assist me with my loan modification request with my Lender Ocwen. Since December, I've been assigned to 4 different associates to handle my loan modification request and nothing has been done.

After nummerous emails, phone calls and messages, I have yet to hear back from anybody regarding my request. Everytime I call I either get a busy signal or a answering machine that's full to capacity. Nobody ever returns my calls or emails.

The one time that I was finally able to reach a "live" person I was told that I would have to supply all of my paperwork once again (I originally sent Elect Group all of my paperwork (e.g. w-2's, bank statements, etc) in December and they claimed to have sent it to Ocwen and that I needed to send it again.

I followed their directions (once again) and re-sent the paperwork to them and I've heard nothing since. The "live" person that I spoke with (her name is Melissa) was completely useless. All she could say to me is that I have to wait and there's nothing else she could do.

I received a "hearing date" notice in the mail and forwarded it to Elect Group (per their request) and they told me that I don't need to attend the hearing date for foreclosure. I am about to lose my home because I trusted this company to help me. I paid them for a service that I never received. There should be a law against this. This company should be closed down.

Now, I have no money to pay an attorney or any other organization to help me with a loan modification request. I can't afford my monthly mortgage payments and am in jeopardy of losing my home.

Elect Group is a SCAM!!!! I don't know where to turn to. I need help. I want to save my home for me and my children. Please, Please, Please, if you read this, do not deal with this company. They should be out of business.
