Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I was charged for a website subscription without my knowledge. Called customer service and was refused a refund. I was told all they could do was cancel the membership. I made a complaint with the b.b.b. I am going to contact my bank on Monday. I feel like was scamed into the charges.

I have contacted customer service and I was told the same answer. They can not do anything about my case. This issue it still unresolved.
