ELECTRACASH Electracash ripoff - tricked into signing up for a second site! Signal Hill Internet California

I signed up for a website using Electracash and I had to verify the purchase to activate the membership and they added an additional site in the email which I did not see until I clicked ok. I never received any information about this additional website and the same username and password did not work.

I cancelled the membership in the required time and was billed by Electracash anyway for a membership which I did not have and never used. I had been going through some serious surgeries at the time and didn't notice the charge until the following month when I was charged again.

I sent an email to the website which I originally signed up for as well as tried to cancel the membership again. Through a lack of follow-up due to surgery, I didn't pay attention until I was billed the third consecutive month for a site which I have never used.

This time I called the original website and they told me I had to contact Electracash. I sent in 2 support emails as well as left a message on their CS # @ 1-800-444-6952. They still have not responded and it's getting close to the time when I will be charged again.

I have put a stop payment on Electracash, I know, too late, but I want my money back. I have never used the site and the next step is the BBB and fraud charges from my bank.

Everyone be aware of the tricks that they use to steal money from people who don't always read the whole email. I have learned and will never make the mistake again.
