We have ordered the company OnlineOrdringSystem to conduct a service for us regarding the development of an application. But the company has cheated us by taking us the money ($ 3500), and do not conducted the service for which we paid them.
In their emails, it is clear that this company did not conduct our order, for which it is paid, given that they have agreed to return me back only a part of the aforementioned amount. Here I cite their email dated June 26, 2016:
Currently the account is as follows
- 1. Custom design mobile 589 we did this work
- 2. Custom design desktop 589 we did this work
- 3. Enterprise version. More than 15 days we have no money back. Either way. You had 1 month 150 of service plus installation fee 99.
- 4. PayPal dispute from our lawyers 6 hours cost 600
Total 2,027
We can refund the rest that was paid this is the last chance to accept the refund of the pending amount. From the total paid the rest would be 1,600.
So, if the company would have conducted our order, as they claim, they would not give us back none dollar.
They pretend to have done Custom design mobile, Custom design desktop, etc., but it is all a fraud, because they simply have sent us our pictures, and they have not sent to us none access code for the application.
So, it is clear that they are deceiving us.

Electral company in Albania ordered the OnlineOrdringSystem to provide a service regarding the development of an application. Electral paid $3,500 for this service which at the end was not provided fully.
In their emails, it is clear that this company was not able to complete our order, for which it was fully paid, given that they have agreed to refund us only a part of the aforementioned amount. This is what they stte in their email dated June 26, 2016:

We do not find it fair to pay for a service that was not fully delivered. They took moare than half of our money and they were not able to finish the process.
They pretend to have done Custom design mobile, Custom design desktop, etc., but it is all a fraud, because they simply have sent us our pictures, and they did not provide us with any access code for the application. We basically cannot access any application for which we paid.
