Last July, I ordered from ELECTRIC DENIM iN SCOTTSDALE, AZ.  A RED JANIS TOP.  THEY TOOK SO LONG TO MAIL IT, THAT I BOUGHT ANOTHER, THINKING I HAD MADE A MISTAKE WITH THE PURCHASE.   l KNOW SCOTTSDATE VERY WELL, AND i ONLY BOUGHT FROM ELECTRIC DENIM iN SCOTSDALE, AZ BECAUSE THEY HAD THREE STORES AND THEY WERE NOT HOPEFULLY ANOTHER INTERNET FLY-BYE-NIGHT INTERNET ONE HORSE OPERATION.

On the day I ordered the Red Janis top, Tommy from the COUTURE DENIM AND called me to tell me that I had them paid twice and I thought that was great customer service.  He said that he had mailed my Janis dress that day - I thought why didn't he ship it out earlier because I had paid with PayPal and the seller gets his money right away.

DEADBEATS, DESPICABLE, PATHETIC - HEY THE RECESSION HAS HIT US ALL AND IF YOU DID HAVE A THIRD STORE, MAYBE IF YOU TREATED YOUR CUSTOMER NICELY NOT LIKE EBAY WHERE THERE ARE NO REFUNDS, NO SUBSITTIONS YOU WOULDN'T BE GOING OUT OF BUSINESS ONE STORE AT A TIME. 

TODAY, EVERY TIME I CALLED THEM I GOT A FAX MACHINE.  VERY FUNNY. JUST PART OF THEIR EVERYDAY CUSTOMER SERVICE.  THEY NOW HAVE TWO STORES, SO WHEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE PRETENDS TO BE NICE AND HELPFUL AND THEN TRANSFERS YOU TO A NUMBER THAT GOES RIGHT TO  MESSAGE: WE ARE NOT HERE NOW. PLEASE CALL BACK LATER -

A STORE THAT DOES NOT EVEN TAKE A MESSAGE?  I COULD GO ON AND ON BUT MY EMAIL AND RESPONSES STATE IT ALL.

It is now August 25th and I have neither received a refund or sent the Stevie in red.
