I have a icon electrolux oven and finally used the self clean mode and after 30 minutes it blew up in my kitchen! made a horrible smell through out the house and made me feel unsafe! I have 5 dogs in my house and thank god nothing happen to them. Called electrolux and there reason was nonsense! They said 200-400 for glass! what a scam this company is! Also had a electrolux dishwasher and the board fried out within 2 years and they wouldnt cover it! through it out and bought a real dishwasher ( bxxxx) !!!!! I am about to build a brand new house and I wont be using electrolux or any of there line up! I will stick with wxxx and sxxxxxx and mxxxx and bxxxx. (((REDACTED COMPETITORS NAMES)))! dont buy there products... all junk!!! looks prettty intill you have for a while then it breaks down!!! waste of money!!!!

What is YOUR time frame for "awhile" more then a few years? A decade? Its important to determine if you have a REAL case instead of a fake report. If you have had it for more then 2 years, then its YOUR oven. Im betting you expected them to just eat the costs for the glass front. If it is not under warrenty theres NOTHING they can do. If there is no warrenty then this post was intentionaly made to cause them trouble. If thats the case then its all on you if they descide to sue you. The web is considered a media outlet, as such you can not present LIES as fact.
