after sending in our TV power supply for repair, it came back and worked for 2 weeks before breaking again.  after repeated emails asking for a refund being ignored by the company, we are now warning others!  beware!!

Definitely misinformation – on the part of the company!

actually, we’d be happy with a simple refund as was asked for in 5 separate ignored emails.  a detailed explanation about the repair to the board, the inner workings of the company and its shareholders, or the time anyone punched in is not needed.  according to mike lee in sales, he said in an email that their "work" came with a “90 warranty” [sic].  when we asked for a refund, mike lee stated in an email "no problem".  it's only after that time that the 5 emails to the company asking for specifics on how to go about getting the refund went IGNORED.  that’s 4 emails too many.  a business that ignores a customer request for a refund when one is due should not be in business.  they are also breaking NC state law(s) by refusing to honor their warranty and provide a refund.  legal actions may follow.

no free mailing was expected; just for them to follow the simple directions that were supplied on their own required COMPANY ISSUED form sent in along with the board!

too bad for these circus monkeys that we retain all emails as well...

Customer Mis-Information?

AUTHOR: Mike - ()

POSTED: Wednesday, April 30, 2014

We have no customer Norma from Florida? But we can only assume this is a customer Tom Oliver from  Guy Street #10 San Diego, California 92103. Which insists by many calls and emails that we owe him a refund not because his power supply did not function after the repair, because it did. Matter of fact its still under warranty and if there’s a functional problem with it he can certainly send it in to be fixed. Tom Oliver's real complaint is that he wants a detailed report of what we did to fix his power supply, which we told him on many occasions (by phone and email)we would not provide. Which we retain all copies of phone and email records. Tom Oliver only paid for a repair service (which we provided) not a detailed analysis of what was repaired. That is our business asset and it is not for sale. Tom Oliver also mailed extra items with his power supply that he expected our company forward for him. Expecting free mailing services.
